Guests who do not arrive for there prearranged booking time constitute no-shows and are held liable for 100% of the total value of the reservation.

Sunset cove lodge and its owners will not be held liable for any or all injuries, damages or losses, incurred by our guests while on Sunset Cove Lodge premises, while in, or being transported to and from ice heights, or while operating large boats, motors and snowmobile's. Lodge guests are held 100% responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests.

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves little chance to fill the space. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy, once booking your reservation you have 48 hrs to cancel your booking, if you do not cancel within the 48hrs of booking your reservation is non refundable.
